  • Led a dramatic transformation from a 30+ store specialty retail & apparel brand into a digitally-centric and cash efficient digital business. Closed nearly all of the brand’s 30+ retail locations to concentrate on building a new direct-to-consumer model. Restructured the business strategically, operationally and financially, transforming the company into a profitable and growing brand.

  • Engaged by a global real estate developer with over 250 properties to re-think their flagship property in New York City. Developed and tested new retail concepts and business models to modernize the property and foster stronger brand and real estate developer collaboration.
